Confer Custom Homes specializes in one of a kind custom built homes, whether a traditionally built framed house or cozy log cabin we can do it all.

We can add on that extra living room or master bedroom suite when you are ready.
REMODELING
We also do all aspects of interior remodeling, such as new custom kitchens, bathroom remodeling including custom tiled showers.
GREEN BUILDING EFFICIENCY
We listen to our customers and will utilize green building techniques as practicality and budget allows. We also do our best to build an efficient home, almost all lighting in our projects are now LED technology. Ask us about high efficiency heat pump systems and tankless hot water heater technology to make your home comfortable and affordable.

CUSTOM PROJECTS
We are primarily a residential building contractor, although we have completed many light commercial projects. Don't be afraid to ask, there isn't much we cant do! One of our specialties is log home construction, ask us about the possibilities for your new log home. Most designs can be built as a log home and our log supplier provides in house design services if you don't have that perfect plan already.
